Meet Allison
Hi there! I’m Dr. Allison Alford—a researcher, author, and deep thinker who’s passionate about exploring the unique experiences of women. I love diving into the stories and complexities that shape our lives, especially those that often fly under the radar.
My work focuses on highlighting the overlooked aspects of being a woman today, like daughtering—a role that’s deeply impactful yet rarely discussed. Through my research and writing, I aim to spark conversations that resonate with us all, shedding light on the unseen and the unspoken.
What I Do
When I’m not busy teaching a class or conducting a research project, I’m out in the world talking to people, sharing insights, and learning from others. I believe in the power of dialogue and the magic that happens when we all come together to share our stories.
